The University of Kentucky's Strategic Plan and its ambitious goals for student success and academic excellence are the drivers behind a major realignment of several areas of the university announced on May 26th, 2016, which will be part of the 2016-2017 UK budget considered by the Board of Trustees in late June.

On this episode of Behind the Blue, UK Provost Tim Tracy and UK Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration Eric Monday discuss the realignment, and what it means for both the University community and the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
